SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

A Special General Meeting of the society has been organized to select the Developer by following procedure Section (79)A of the MCS Act 1960 in presence of the Officer Assigned by the Jt. Registrar Co-operative Society CIDCO.

All members are kindly requested to attend the special general meeting

THE AGENDA OF THE MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS

• To select one of the best developers among the developers who came through the tender for the redevelopment of the society. By doing that, Ms. Sarika Yadava Legal Advisor of the society will read out the final offer (No Regret Offers) of the developers to all the members. Also, all the members will think together and choose a developer for the redevelopment work.

• While coming to the meeting, the members will need to bring their below-listed documents:

Original and Xerox copy of Aadhaar card

Original and Xerox copy of PAN card

2 Passport-size colour photographs

• Members who are unable to attend physically due to medical reasons may attend through video conference. (After Permission from the CIDCO officer)
