SHIVKRUPA CO-OP. HSG. SOC. LTD. members, hereby invites sealed offers for Redevelopment, situated in CIDCO layout admeasuring 2034 Sq. Mtr. consumed area approx. 1522 Sq. Mtr. (inclusive of extended carpet areas) from reputed, experienced, technically and financially sound developers having their establishment in Mumbai, Thane or Navi Mumbai.

Collection of Tender Document

Interested participants may purchase the tenderb from 12th Dec 2022 to 21st Dec 2022, Between 10:30 am to 1:30pm and 05.00 pm to 7:00pm, from Society office of SHIV KRUPA CO-OP. HSG. SOC. LTD. on payment of non-refundable cost of Rs. 30,000/- (INR Thirty Thousand only) by Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of ‘SHIVKRUPA CO-OP. HSG. SOC. LTD.’ payable at Navi Mumbai with Bank Confirmation Letter in Original. The tender should be collected by a person authorized to do so and on submission of duly signed authority letter on the interested participant’s letter head.
