EXTRAORDINARY SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
An Extraordinary Special General meeting is planned as per the below schedule:

THE AGENDA OF THE MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS
To introduce the newly elected members as well as the new office bearers.
Appointment of new members in the vacant seats in the Redevelopment Committee and appointment of 2 additional women members in the Redevelopment Committee.
A Comparative Report will be presented by the appointed PMC of the received bid for our society redevelopment.
In the extraordinary general meeting, the developers who have come through the tender will be invited (by call or email) to provide a presentation of their project presentation. Approximately (45 minute) slot will be provided to each developer
Q & A round between Developers and Members (To have more clarity on the bid).
Note: Only the members will be allowed to attend the meeting.
Food and Refreshment Drink will be provided.
